As a therapist, my clinical foundation is rooted in the Gottman Method, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Hakomi therapy. These approaches allow me to guide clients in building awareness, strengthening relationships, and developing healthier ways of thinking and being. The Gottman Method offers a research-based framework for enhancing communication and connection, CBT provides practical strategies for reframing unhelpful thought patterns, and Hakomi—a mindfulness-centered somatic approach—invites deeper self-awareness by exploring how the body carries past experiences.
Beyond these evidence-based practices, music has also shaped both my personal growth and my therapeutic perspective. Throughout my life, music has been a constant source of support—helping me regulate emotions, feel less alone, and find space for reflection and healing. Whether through meditative sounds, hip hop, heavy metal, jazz, or techno, I have experienced firsthand how music can align with nearly every emotional state, from rest and meditation to resilience in times of struggle. This personal experience informs my belief in music as a powerful tool for emotional regulation, healthier self-talk, and deeper insight. Much like therapy, music has the capacity to shift our internal rhythm—moving us from dissonance to harmony, from self-criticism to self-compassion.
I also bring the unique strengths of being an introverted therapist. My reflective, steady presence helps create a safe space where clients feel deeply heard and understood. I listen attentively, notice subtle patterns, and approach each session with thoughtfulness and care. Clients often find grounding in my quiet, empathic energy, which fosters trust and makes room for authentic self-discovery. I value and model healthy boundaries, and I thrive in meaningful, one-on-one conversations that allow for depth and connection.
For me, therapy is both a science and an art—an integration of evidence-based methods, mindful awareness, and the human experiences of rhythm, reflection, and connection. My goal is to help clients tune into their inner world with greater clarity and compassion, supporting them as they move toward balance, growth, and healing.
