Before starting my career in counseling, I worked in a corporate setting managing and developing strong, healthy teams. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to train healthcare workers on crisis management and suicide prevention, provide therapy to children and teens with autism, and volunteer at a therapeutic riding center. I would love the opportunity to hear your story and work together so you can experience more self-compassion, joy, and meaning in your life.
