Hi, I’m Kasey. I’m a counselor‑in‑training who understands how disorienting it can feel when anxiety, stress, or life experiences shake your sense of identity and stability. Having navigated my own path of healing, I’m passionate about supporting people who find themselves walking a similar journey or trying to navigate unfamiliar emotional terrain. I am currently completing my master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and my background includes working with families through the Head Start program, providing career counseling with the Department of Labor, and volunteering with couples navigating infidelity and betrayal trauma. These experiences have shaped my belief that people are made up of many different parts and that healing happens when those parts feel understood, supported, and connected.
I work with adults, teens, and couples who are dealing with anxiety, trauma, relationship stress, identity questions, and major life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma‑informed. I strive to create a space where you can be honest without fear of judgment, explore what’s weighing on you, and move at a pace that feels right. Together, we’ll look at the patterns shaping your life, build practical tools for managing stress and emotional overwhelm, and make room for reflection, skill‑building, and real‑life application. My goal is to help you feel grounded, understood, and empowered as you move forward on your path. If cost is something you’re worried about as you consider starting therapy, I offer free counseling sessions as part of my internship. My hope is that support feels accessible while you navigate your own path forward.
