Her early experience shaped her trauma-informed, strength-based approach and deepened her passion for serving marginalized communities.
Liliana’s clinical interests include helping clients with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. She is especially passionate about breaking the stigma around mental health and addressing intergenerational trauma. She uses empathy, cultural sensitivity, and psychoeducation to empower individuals to understand their needs, identify strengths, and make meaningful life changes.
Liliana believes therapy is a space to be seen and heard. She tailors each session with authenticity, aiming to help clients improve emotional health, strengthen communication, and reconnect with their values. Her goal is to walk alongside each person with care, insight, and hope.
