When Tracy is out of the office, she loves spending time with her husband, two children, and their Australian Shepherd. She also enjoys camping, raising chickens, and serving in the children’s ministry at her church.
Tracy is a licensed therapist providing counseling and psychological assessment for individuals experiencing health-related concerns, sleep disturbances, and neurological conditions. She specializes in supporting clients with cognitive changes related to aging and dementia, sleep solutions, disordered eating, adjustment to recent medical diagnoses, Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), and chronic pain.
Tracy uses evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), and Rogerian supportive therapy. Her approach is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on practical strategies to improve functioning, resilience, and overall quality of life.
