My approach blends evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care to meet you where you’re at, with compassion and clarity.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in roles that allowed me to support people through challenging times, but I always felt called to do deeper, more meaningful work. That calling led me to pursue my Master of Social Work and my career to walking alongside individuals on their path to growth and wholeness.
