I specialize in individual therapy utilizing a trauma informed approach. My specialties include working with adolescents and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, and difficulties coping with life adjustments. I am trained in Motivational Interviewing, which is my primary treatment modality. I often use Mindfulness techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and other evidence based therapy interventions and techniques.
