Hi my name is Cindy Casey. I really enjoy working with people that have trauma because you can heal from trauma. The healing journey can be somewhat difficult,but often less painful than most people think it is. In my experience as a therapist I have laughed, joked, cried, and created bonds with people and have watched them progress. Nothing is more rewarding than watching a client have their aha moment and turn the corner toward self-love, reduce the depression, reduce the anxiety,and have better relationships with themselves and others. I truly believe that the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important pieces to healing. When you don’t feel that connection with the therapist you typically fall off pretty quickly. Itisn’t anybody’s fault it just wasn’t a good match. Usually at intake as I am assessing you, you are assessing me, and I welcome that. I am genuinely myself in sessions so that you can be comfortable being who you are. If you think we might be a good
