About Liliana Navarro, LMSW

Liliana Navarro, LMSW is a compassionate and bilingual therapist (English and Spanish) committed to supporting clients in their healing journey. She received her Bachelor’s in Interdisciplinary Health Services from Western Michigan University and her Master’s in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago.

Liliana is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. She began her career working with children, adolescents, and families in child welfare. Her early experience shaped her trauma-informed, strength-based approach and deepened her passion for serving marginalized communities.

Liliana’s clinical interests include helping clients with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. She is especially passionate about breaking the stigma around mental health and addressing intergenerational trauma. She uses empathy, cultural sensitivity, and psychoeducation to empower individuals to understand their needs, identify strengths, and make meaningful life changes.

Liliana believes therapy is a space to be seen and heard. She tailors each session with authenticity, aiming to help clients improve emotional health, strengthen communication, and reconnect with their values. Her goal is to walk alongside each person with care, insight, and hope.

About Liliana Navarro

Outside of her work Liliana enjoys spending time with her family/friends, trying new restaurants, traveling and going out for walks.

My youngest son saw a therapist here and she was wonderful with him. My husband and I also have seen 2 therapist here and both helped us tremendously. We learned helpful tools to apply in real life situations in our marriage and individually. I would recommend this place to anyone 💚

I had been searching for a counselor when Hope & Wholeness had been mentioned as a possible fit. They were so right. Dr. Duckworth was amazing. He took the time to explore who i was, what was important to me, and what I needed. He helped me address many things from my past and take on things as they came. When our schedules conflicted I was able to meet with someone else and continue to get the help and support I needed. Cannot say enough good things about the staff.

I have had nothing but good experiences working with Hope & Wholeness! Easy on boarding and flexibility for in person or telehealth visits! Emily is phenomenal! And my kids see Kelley and Michelle and both love them! This facility has been influential in supporting our family's mental health.
